Development History Of Electric Tailgate Electric Tailgate Suppliers will share this article with you.
Equipped with six-wire Hall double electric struts, it has higher accuracy of speed and position control, which makes the balance of the two struts reach the best, and greatly extends the service life of the tailgate struts.
The standby power consumption of the electric tailgate is extremely low, and the measured value is about 0.4mA (0.0004A). This is equivalent to a car that is left unused for 20 days without affecting the battery, ensuring that it does not increase the burden on the car battery.
Adopt AI intelligent anti-pinch algorithm (Hall current double anti-pinch), open the door to prevent ballistic opening, and close the door to prevent pinching. The anti-pinch force is lower than 60N, it can hover arbitrarily at all angles, and can be switched manually and electrically.
The motion process adopts a closed-loop algorithm to improve the speed control accuracy and position accuracy, and the error does not exceed 2mm. The electric tailgate can adapt to jitter, snow disaster, and other environments.
With the continuous development and progress of automobile technology, modern automobiles pay more attention to improving the safety and comfort of vehicle use. In recent years, the domestic automobile smart electric tailgate technology has also been developed by leaps and bounds. People can control the opening or closing of the electric tailgate by sending commands through the remote control switch. It is more and more popular with users because of its convenience in use.
An important indicator for evaluating the safety of the electric tailgate is its anti-pinch function to ensure the safety of the use process, that is, real-time detection when the electric tailgate is closed, once it touches an obstacle, it will immediately stop the movement and run in the reverse direction to prevent people or objects from being caught.
1. Technical status
At present, conventional automobile intelligent electric tailgate systems generally adopt pressure detection or current detection methods to achieve the anti-pinch function, which has the following defects:
①Pressure anti-pinch detection.
It uses the resistance change of the electric tailgate and compares it with the anti-pinch force to make an anti-pinch judgment.
For example, a research institute invented a car trunk opening and closing buffer and anti-pinch early warning device. The main principle is to install a pressure support rod on the trunk and perform anti-pinch early warning through pressure monitoring.
However, in such a way to achieve anti-pinch, the human body or the target object still needs to bear a certain pressure before the anti-pinch function will be triggered, causing the human body to feel a certain degree of pain and discomfort after being clamped, or causing the target object to experience certain degree damage.
②Detect current anti-pinch.
Specifically, by detecting the driving current of the strut, comparing the driving current with a preset threshold value, it is determined whether the anti-pinch function is triggered.
However, under different positions of the electric tailgate, the moment arm is different, and the anti-pinch force value is different. It is difficult to control the anti-pinch force, which leads to low accuracy in setting the preset threshold value. If the preset threshold value is too large, it is easy to cause crushing, and the preset threshold value is too small to cause misoperation.
③As far as we know, some people have proposed a device for judging the anti-pinch of the electric tailgate.
The main principle is to use the Hall sensor to sense the rotation speed of the motor and the stroke change of the electric strut and transmit the sensed signal to the CPU of the electric tailgate. The CPU of the electric tailgate compares the received data with the threshold set by the normal speed so that it can follow the change of the tailgate speed to judge and control the stroke speed of the electric strut, thereby judging the anti-pinch situation.
④Counting sensors are also used.
By detecting the difference between the count values collected by the counting sensor in two adjacent time periods, it is judged whether the electric tailgate is blocked, and then the electric tailgate is controlled to perform the anti-pinch operation when it is judged to be blocked.
